Jász Plasztik Kft. BESS project
We are proud to present our largest industrial project to date, delivered for Jász Plasztik Kft., one of the leading companies in Hungary’s manufacturing sector. As an official partner of CATL, a global leader in battery technology, we designed, permitted and installed a comprehensive, turnkey (end-to-end) grid-scale battery energy storage system (BESS). The project marks a major milestone in the company’s journey towards greater energy independence and in the development of Hungary’s energy flexibility market.

The challenge
Jász Plasztik Kft.’s large-scale manufacturing and energy infrastructure required the integration of a state-of-the-art grid balancing and energy storage system capable of stabilizing the electricity supply, minimizing peak demand costs, and actively participating in the ancillary services market (aFRR/mFRR).

Our solution
InflyteEnergy managed the entire project lifecycle and delivered the 10 MW / 20 MWh battery energy storage system as a turnkey solution. Backed by CATL’s global manufacturing expertise and as an official partner, we deployed state-of-the-art, liquid-cooled LFP container technology, complemented by our proprietary intelligent energy management software.

The result
Following successful testing and grid connection, the system is now operating with maximum reliability. It effectively reduces peak factory demand (peak shaving) and delivers strong financial returns for the client through active participation in Hungary’s energy flexibility market.
